How do I find the dates a sears sewing machine and cabinet were produced?

I have looked at sears.com and various searches online with no luck. I have a model 148.12170 machine with a 566.9100-2 cabinet. I am wondering the years of production and how much they are worth together.

    check the model number and call sears they should be able to tell you. they don’t always have that info online and if they don’t go to a sewing machine shop they should be able to help
