Are there any sears sales associates that actually get benefit rate when we are suppose to?

I have been working at sears for a little over a year. I’ve been working in the home electronics section of the store for about 4 months. At times where i believed it would be fitting for benefit rate, we only received training pay. With me there is a big difference between training pay ($8) and my benefit rate.

    The benefit rate would be nice, but be thankful you have a job. There are alot of people that would like to be in your shoes.
