How come no one told me there were energy efficient appliances that come in compact sizes? The compact one I has is as about energy efficient as a dinosaur. When I started to check around (on my own) I discovered the newer models of compacts are designed to be very energy efficient. Some even have the “Energy Star” rating which means they rated very high on efficiency. I just wish someone had told me earlier. I shudder to think how many dollars I wasted on my electric costs by using my old model for so long. Well, now everyone knows because I just told them.

A friend of mine told me the other day that she had bought a pair shoes called mephisto allrounder. She told me they were fantastic and that she was wearing them all the day. I started browsing this on the web, and I very soon found so many options and models from this company that I actually don’t know what the main differences are among the different types of shoes they offer. Because I see there are for example mephisto allrounder niro and also mephisto allrounder sandals. And I am not sure about the differences they have. And then you have other apparently completely different options, like the mephisto elka with all its subtypes including mephisto elka sandals, mephisto elka sandles , mephisto elka boots, I am planning to use these shoes in my next vacations, and my criteria to buy this is that they are comfortable and durable, as I will be walking like six hours per day for at least a couple of weeks. Weather will be hot most of the time so I am not looking for boots or anything like that. But I am not sure if sandals are the best choice as they are not always anatomical or cushioned.
